Who is Solo for?

Solo is for one person — an SE using CoTeam for their own deals, without needing budget approval or teammates. It has every feature CoTeam offers, capped at one seat.

What's in the free evaluation?

10 Ask responses and 2 questionnaire runs — enough to see real value on your own content. Knowledge base uploads are always unlimited. No time limit, no credit card.

Can I add teammates on Solo?

Solo includes 1 seat. Need more than 1 user? Email founders@coteamai.com and we'll set up a team plan directly — your knowledge base and history carry over unchanged.

Is billing monthly or annual?

Annual is the default and the best price — $588/year ($49/mo equivalent), billed once. Monthly billing is available at $59/mo if you'd rather not pay upfront; switch to annual anytime to lock in the lower price.

How does payment work?

We use PayPal. You will be redirected to PayPal to complete payment securely. We never touch or store payment card details.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, from Settings in the dashboard. Your knowledge base and history stay intact if you resubscribe later.

What is Forward-to-Answer?

Every workspace gets a unique email address. Forward any prospect question to it. CoTeam replies with a KB-sourced, confidence-scored draft in ~30 seconds.

Can external experts respond without a CoTeam account?

Yes. Flag any questionnaire answer to an external subject matter expert. They get a magic-link email and submit their answer directly — no CoTeam account required.
