Chrome Extension

The CoTeam Chrome extension puts Ask, questionnaire uploads, and portal auto-fill in a side panel available on any tab — no need to switch windows to answer a question mid-call or mid-deal.

Installing

The extension is currently installed directly rather than through the Chrome Web Store:

1. Download the extension package from your CoTeam dashboard (Extension page)
2. Unzip it
3. In Chrome, go to chrome://extensions
4. Enable Developer mode (top right)
5. Click Load unpacked and select the unzipped folder

Install takes about 2 minutes. The extension signs in using your existing CoTeam workspace — there's nothing separate to configure.

Using it

Open the side panel from the extensions toolbar, or use the keyboard shortcut:

The panel opens instantly on any site, without needing to touch the mouse.

Ask a question directly from the panel while looking at the call notes, the deal room, or the ticket that's asking it. You get the same sourced, confidence-scored answer as the web dashboard.

Auto-fill vendor portals. On a questionnaire portal page, CoTeam can fill fields directly from your knowledge base — no copy-pasting between tabs.

Upload questionnaires from the panel the same way you would from the dashboard.

What it shares with the dashboard

The extension uses your existing CoTeam workspace and knowledge base — there's no separate setup, no separate login, and nothing to keep in sync. An answer saved from the extension shows up in your Interactions log and Corrections library exactly like one saved from the dashboard.
