Usage, History & Improvements

Three pages give you visibility into what CoTeam has answered, how well, and what's been improved over time.

Interactions

Interactions is a full log of every question CoTeam has answered — through Ask, the Chrome extension, Forward-to-Answer, or a questionnaire — with the outcome of each one.

Filter by outcome:

FilterMeaning
ApprovedSent or used as-is, no changes
✏️ EditedAn SE rewrote the answer before using it
DiscardedThe answer wasn't used
🔧 ImprovedFlagged to a teammate or routed through SME review, then resolved

This is the raw audit trail behind everything else on the Usage page — every metric there is a rollup of these individual interactions.

Usage & Stats

The Usage page gives you three headline metrics for the workspace:

MetricWhat it measures
Total InteractionsEvery question answered, and how many were resolved
Approval RatePercentage of answers approved or edited (i.e., actually usable), rather than discarded
Q-Form AutomationPercentage of questionnaire questions auto-answered without manual intervention

Below that, two breakdowns:

  • SE Feedback Breakdown — how your team actioned CoTeam's answers (approved, edited, discarded, improved)
  • Answer Confidence Distribution — the split across high, medium, and low confidence tiers for all answers given

And a Knowledge Base Composition panel showing what kinds of sources make up your knowledge base — useful for spotting an over-reliance on one source type (for example, all website content and no past questionnaires).

Use this page to track whether your knowledge base investment is actually paying off — a rising approval rate and a growing share of high-confidence answers over time is the flywheel described in Confidence Scoring & Gap Detection working as intended.

Improvements Library

The Corrections page (labeled "Improvements Library" in the dashboard) is where every edit becomes a permanent, reusable asset. When an SE improves an answer — through an inline edit, a teammate flag, or an SME review — it's saved here, along with who reviewed it.

There's nothing to manage on this page day to day; it exists as a transparent record of how your knowledge base has been actively shaped by real usage, not just by what was originally uploaded.
