From signup to your first answer takes about 3 minutes. No credit card, no configuration, no prompts to write.
Sign up with your work email and name your workspace — it defaults to your own name, since most people start out using CoTeam on their own. Your workspace is live in under 60 seconds; nothing here is locked in and you can rename it anytime.

There's no time limit on the evaluation — you can take as long as you need to see real value on your own content. Knowledge base uploads are never restricted, even during evaluation, because a thin knowledge base is the single biggest cause of a bad first impression.
Paste your website URL and CoTeam crawls your docs, security page, trust center, pricing, and integration pages automatically — usually 10–25 pages in 1–2 minutes.

Go to Ask. Type any question a prospect has ever sent you. CoTeam searches your knowledge base, drafts a sourced answer, and scores its own confidence — all in under 10 seconds.

Upload any security questionnaire, RFP, due diligence review, or vendor assessment — Excel, Word, or PDF. CoTeam parses every question, retrieves relevant knowledge base content, and drafts an answer for each one.
Typical processing time is 1–3 minutes for 50–100 questions. When it's done, you'll get a completion email with a confidence breakdown and a link straight into the review session. See Questionnaire Engine for the full review workflow.
CoTeam works fully on your own — invites are never required to get value out of it. If you do want to bring teammates in, invite them anytime from Settings. They get an email with a direct signup link — no admin setup required on their end — and land in the same knowledge base immediately.
